郭建梅，公益律师，在过去15年里，郭建梅和她的同仁们免费为10万多妇女提供了法律援助，受理咨询6万余件，办理个案近千件。
Guo Jianmei
Director and co-founder of the Women’s Legal Research and Service Center. Guo Jianmei established the first women’s legal aid center in China, providing thousands of people with legal aid. In the early 1980s, she attended Beijing University law school, and in the early 1990s, she took part in drafting the Law on the Protection of Women’s Rights and Interests.
After attending the UN World Conference on Women in Beijing in 1995, Guo Jianmei decided to set up an NGO to help disadvantaged women, often working pro bono. She provided legal services on many issues – cases ranging from discrimination in the workplace to divorce – and has written numerous books. She received the Global Leadership Award in the US in 2007 and the Simone de Beauvoir Prize of France in 2010.

郭建梅，公益律师，女性权益倡导者。现为现为中国法学会会员，中国法学会婚姻家庭法研究会理事，北京市律师协会婚姻家庭专业委员会委员，中华全国律师协会宪法与权力专业委员会委员，北京市海淀区政协委员，北京大学法学院妇女法律研究与服务中心执行主任、专职公益律师。在过去15年里，郭建梅和她的同仁们免费为10万多妇女提供了法律援助。
郭建梅曾获得2005年度《南风窗》杂志的“为了公共利益年度人物”、2007年度美国国际妇女权益组织“重要之声”的“全球女性领导者奖”和2010年度法国“西蒙·德·波伏娃女权奖”。
